What is Microblading?

Are you dreaming of fuller-looking eyebrows or a way to streamline your daily makeup routine? If so, microblading may be the perfect treatment for you! If you’re displeased with thin, missing, or poorly shaped brows, it can be a long-term solution to your concern. Best of all, microblading will eliminate your need to pluck, wax, or thread. With this treatment, you can implant pigment under your skin through a tattoo and reconstruct your eyebrows. It’s a hassle-free way to wake up every morning feeling beautiful and confident.

How Microblading Works

During a microblading treatment, you can expect our licensed professional artist to etch “hair” into your skin via a special hand tool with sterile single-use ultra-fine needles. Before she begins treatment, she’ll consider your skin tone and desired brow color to ensure the ideal pigment is used. Your treatment is performed over two appointments.  You will return 30 days after your initial treatment for final treatment.  Your skin type and skin routine will determine the longevity of a microblading treatment. Most clients, however, report that their results last anywhere between 1 to 3 years. Not only can microblading save you time, but it can also save you a great deal of money on eyebrow pencils, special gels, and growth serums. You’ll no longer have to draw in matching brows or dedicate your mornings to tweezing.

Am I a Good Candidate for Microblading?

You may be a good candidate for microblading:

  • If you are bothered by uneven, short, or sparse eyebrows.
  • If you can’t fill your eyebrows correctly or have no desire to do so every day.
  • If you wish you had a natural arch.
  • If you’d like to improve the youthfulness and beauty of your eye area.

  • Susceptible to keloids.
  • Undergoing chemotherapy.
  • Coping with HIV or another transferable blood disease.

What Results Will I See*

Patients treated with microblading often see:

  • Fuller, moreattractive eyebrows.
  • An improved arch.
  • A youthful appearance.

Is There Any Downtime with Microblading?

After a microblading treatment, you may notice that your skin feels tight and your eyebrows look darker than usual for a few days. The good news is these side effects will subside quickly on their own and you can return to work and your daily responsibilities immediately.

Right after microblading, our licensed artist will ask that you avoid cleansing the area for a week and refrain from applying any brow products or eye makeup. In addition, they’ll suggest that you avoid sweating as much as you can so you may have to stay away from the gym or sauna.
